1. What does a typical day look like for you as a Sr. Manager, Programming at WorldWinner?
I like to say I have 2 types of days: Doing and Thinking! On Doing days, I am deep in the WW admin– creating upcoming tournaments that our players love! On Thinking days, I meet with Marketing, Games, Product, and Engineers to discuss how players have been recently having the most fun on WW, come up with new ideas on how we can make it more fun, and plan out how to best bring those ideas to life!

2.  What’s something players might not realize goes into building their daily gameplay experience?

3.  What’s something you enjoy about programming tournaments specifically?  
Hearing such engaged feedback from a passionate audience. A focused player base helps create a great product!

4.  What’s the most rewarding part of your role?  
Tournaments act as the fulcrum through which years of effort and attention from the extended WorldWinner team is actualized to thousands of players a day. This is an incredible responsibility; and one of the great (and most interesting!) joys of my life so far.

5. Have you had a favorite tournament lineup or moment that stood out?
I have been bursting at the SEAMS for Progressives to come back, and am loving the reception since they’ve returned!

6. What do you enjoy most about being part of the WorldWinner team?
Uplifting the team with great stories– both from our players and our fun, exciting promotions!
