How would you describe your role as a Community Manager at WorldWinner?
I’m a bridge between WorldWinner and the players, making sure everyone stays connected. Whether it’s sharing updates, answering questions, or passing along feedback, I work with all of our teams here at WorldWinner to help create the best experience possible for our players. At the end of the day, it’s all about keeping the conversation going and making sure players know they’re at the heart of WorldWinner.
What’s your favorite part about engaging with the WorldWinner community?
The players! Hands down. I’ve been with WorldWinner since 2007, and this community never stops amazing me. Some players have been here for 20+ years, and I’ve built connections that truly mean a lot. I also love welcoming new players on social media and seeing them become part of the WorldWinner family. This community is full of kind, competitive, and dedicated people who love games and each other’s company. Seeing their excitement and hearing their stories makes this the best job in the world!
How do you balance keeping things fun while also handling tough situations?
It’s all about respect and understanding. Players are deeply invested in WorldWinner and the games (which is awesome!). Sometimes that enthusiasm comes with frustration, especially when things change or we make updates. The important thing is making sure everyone feels heard while keeping conversations productive. Player feedback is incredibly valuable, and we always want to create space for it.
If you had to describe the WorldWinner community in three words, what would they be?
Passionate, competitive, and fun!
What do you enjoy most about being part of the WorldWinner team?
I get to work with some of the most talented, creative, and dedicated folks across different teams, from Player Services and Marketing to Engineers, Game Designers, and beyond. It’s a true team effort, with everyone bringing their expertise to make WorldWinner the best it can be. I love the collaboration, the problem-solving, and working with people who care deeply about their work and creating the best player experience possible. Every day brings something new, and even after all these years, it still never gets old.
