We’re thrilled to announce the return of Lifetime Rewards!  We’ve heard your feedback and are excited to have this feature back for our long-time players and introduce it to our newer players. Thank you for your patience while we worked on it these past few months.

Lifetime Rewards Overview 

Every cash game you play contributes to your Lifetime Rewards Points. The more you play, the more points you earn! 

We have been tracking all the progress for all players during the break of this feature and will be placing everyone in their correct tier and progress. Many players have been accumulating these points for years and made remarkable progress!

Track Your Progress

• Goals Page: Lifetime Rewards are housed under ‘Goals.’ Here, you can check your progress and see your current tier, milestones, and each milestone awarded.
  
• Progress Bar: Watch your progress bar fill up as you approach your next milestone. Your Milestone Rewards Points are automatically credited to your account—no extra steps needed!
  
• Profile View: Head to your profile and find your lifetime game totals under ‘Games Played’—this shows the number of cash & sitewide FreePlay games you’ve ever played.

Redeem Your Points

You can redeem your Rewards Points for fantastic prizes in the Rewards Store, such as Bonus Bucks, Amazon, and Visa gift cards!* Click on the Rewards Points symbol at the top of the page to see available prizes and your current point balance.

So, keep playing those cash games to rack up your Lifetime Rewards Points. The more you play, the more you earn. Check your progress often, celebrate your milestones, and enjoy redeeming your points for prizes. Thanks for being a part of our community, and happy gaming!

Milestone Rewards are Retroactive

We have been tracking your progress during the period this feature was unavailable. If you achieved any milestones during this period, you will be paid the earned rewards.

Rewards will be made in phases over the next few weeks.  You will see your rewards in your account no later than September 1, 2024.
